Three Cups of Tea Day

I got to visit all the classes on our first Three Cups of Tea Day. I saw lots of interesting things going on: kids getting dressed in high tech gear for mountain climbing; bulbs being planted in the front flower gardens; lots of kids exploring Pakistan on Google Earth; students breathing through straws after hiking outside; groups drinking hot tea; games of cricket in the gym; videos and reading all over the school. It all looked great to me. What did you think?

What did you like about the half day on Wednesday, October 28? To give your opinion, click on the word Comments below and write in the comment box. You don't have to give your name, but please tell what grade you are in. You can add suggestions for the next activity day, too.

Extension Cords?

Any student taking his or her laptop home with permission can stop by the computer lab and pick up a power adapter extension cord. This will add 6 feet of cord and allow you to plug in to an outlet more easily.
